Distance from Seneca: 5.9 km
Bus Route: 39 (A,B,D) Finch East eastbound to Victoria Park. Transfer to 24 Victoria Park southbound to 2265.
Driving Directions: East on Finch, HWY 404S (becomes DVP) to HWY 401E, exit at Victoria Park (exit 376), south on Victoria Park to 2265. Home in 6 minutes.

Just steps away from Dominion to the south, and from an increasingly vibrant retail and dining community 2 minutes north, The Belmar is a perfect spot for any up-and-coming student. Located in a quieter part of North York, yet also a five minute drive from Fairview Mall and the connecting subway, it is ideal for both the student schedule AND the student budget!


Stonehill Tower

Distance from Seneca: 3.3 km
Bus Route: 39 (A,B,D) Finch East eastbound to Bridletown Circle. Walk south to Stonehill Court.
Driving Directions: East on Finch, south on Bridletown Circle, right on Stonehill Court to 20. Home in 5 minutes.

The Dominion, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellers, and Price Chopper at Bridlewood Mall are all within a 5 minute walk from this beautifully secluded yet highly accessible location. A very short drive from school at Seneca, and two well-serviced bus routes make this an irresistible choice for the discerning student. The pocketbook will thank you, as well!


Northboro Heights
125 Bamburgh Circle
Distance from Seneca: 4.8 km
Bus Route: 39 (A,B,D) Finch East eastbound to Warden. Transfer to 68 Warden northbound to Bamburgh Circle. Walk west to 125.
Driving Directions: East on Finch, north on Warden, west on Bamburgh Circle to 125. Home in 7 minutes.

Set in one of north-Scarborough’s older neighbourhoods, Northboro Heights is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from everything and anything a student could need. 5 minutes north on Warden is a brand new retail and dining complex that boasts a Shoppers Drug Mart, Boston Pizza, and – yes – even a Starbucks (and much more)! Moreover, being close to all three of the Warden, Cummer, and Steeles TTC bus routes this is a sensible choice for the active student!


Parkway Forest Community
Sheppard Avenue East & Don Mills Road
Distance from Seneca: 2.8 km
Bus Route: Walk from Seneca to Don Mills and Finch. 25 Don Mills southbound to Sheppard. Walk into community from intersection.
Driving Directions: East on Finch, HWY 404S to Sheppard (exit 18), left on Fairview Mall Dr., west on Sheppard, south on Parkway Forest Dr, right into Forest Manor. Home in 4 minutes.
